The Australian Institute of International Affairs in NSW are offering semester-long internship programs for students with an interest in international relationships.

The AIIA NSW internship program aspires to bring together talented international relations students to develop their research and analytical skills, as well as contribute to the running of the institute. Interns are typically enrolled in post graduate studies, have excellent writing skills, presentation and the ability to work independently. Prospective interns should also exhibit a keen awareness of international issues and have a genuine interest in their area of study.

Successful applicants would work on Tuesday afternoons and evenings, for periods that roughly coincide with the two university semesters. Applications for Semester 2, 2013, will be open for the month of May.

You can read more about the program – including how to apply – on their website.
