Office Manager at the Victorian Government Business Office
The Victorian Government Business Office in Jakarta, a division of the Department of State Development, Business and Innovation, is looking for an Office Manager.
The role will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing financial, budget, accounting, banking and office administration systems in the new Indonesia Office.
Other duties include:
- Be responsible for the coordination of Human Resource systems and records for Jakarta VGBO staff including payroll, income tax, insurance, social benefits and annual leave records.
- Coordinate office IT and information systems, including client contact management systems (Salesforce) and the preparation of performance statistical reports for the VGBO Indonesia.
- Provide high quality executive support services in the Jakarta office including facilitating the business registration process and returns (where applicable), and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements of a representative office.
